For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "aqjili," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the aqjili platform and its operating entity, authorized to offer online gaming services under PAGCOR for the Philippine market.

6.4 Professional Advisers

aqjili may share personal data with legal, accounting, or auditing professionals where necessary for the conduct of their professional services, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Note that anonymized data — which can no longer be linked to any individual — may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

aqjili will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and will respond substantively within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, as required under NPC guidelines. In cases of complexity or high volume, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days with written notice to you.

aqjili may need to verify your identity before processing your request to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data.

aqjili strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by any person under the age of 21. This restriction is mandated by PAGCOR for all casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines. aqjili does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

All account registration applications are subject to mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process. Where aqjili has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will promptly suspend the relevant account, delete the data in question, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required under our licensing conditions.
