aqjili Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "aqjili," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the aqjili platform and its operating entity, authorized to offer online gaming services under PAGCOR for the Philippine market.
• "Platform" means the aqjili website accessible at aqjili.app, including all games, betting products, account management features, and payment facilities made available thereon.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform, linked to a single verified identity and a single PHP wallet.
• "PHP Wallet" or "Balance" means the internal Philippine Peso balance held within your aqjili Account, funded through approved payment methods and used to place wagers or receive winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, or incentive balance awarded to your account by aqjili that is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose authorization aqjili operates.
• "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, ordinances, and regulatory guidelines of the Republic of the Philippines applicable to online gaming operations and to users accessing such services.

By accessing the aqjili Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease your use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of any part of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 14 (Amendments).

Use of the aqjili Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are only permitted to register and use aqjili if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal recreational use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of aqjili or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order from aqjili or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming facility.
• You are not included on any government-mandated exclusion list or prohibited persons register applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

To access real-money gaming features on aqjili, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the aqjili Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. aqjili employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is identified, all accounts linked to the same individual will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, false identity documents, or a name that does not match your government-issued identification — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

aqjili is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by aqjili will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.4 Account Closure Requests

You may request closure of your aqjili account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any withdrawable balance will be processed through your verified payment method. aqjili may retain certain account data in accordance with legal retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your aqjili login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device or code. The following conditions apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• aqjili will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from aqjili and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether you authorized that activity, unless you have formally notified aqjili of unauthorized access in writing prior to the activity occurring.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify aqjili immediately. aqjili will temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report.
• aqjili recommends the use of a strong, unique password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

6.1 Deposits

aqjili accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. aqjili does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. Processing times vary by payment method and are published in the platform's help section. aqjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by anti-money laundering regulations.

6.3 Currency

All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the aqjili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion fees are charged for deposits or withdrawals made in PHP through supported local payment methods.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. aqjili will notify you via email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances are handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.

aqjili offers various promotional bonuses to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of aqjili and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of any bonus already credited to an account.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the multiple by which bonus funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds are specified per promotion.
• aqjili reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.
• Bonuses are for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Where a deposit and bonus are combined in an account, withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion and any associated winnings, with only the unencumbered deposit balance returned.

All games available on the aqjili Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of game outcomes and the general Terms shall prevail in all other matters.

8.1 RNG Certification

All digital games on the aqjili Platform that involve random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification to ensure statistical randomness and game fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the platform.

8.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheels) under controlled conditions and are captured in real time via multiple camera angles. aqjili is not responsible for connectivity issues on the user's end that may affect participation in live game rounds.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects game outcome or display, aqjili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. aqjili's decision in the event of a technical dispute is final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process initiated under Section 15.

8.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. aqjili reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific accounts where unusual wagering patterns are identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aqjili Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering as or impersonating another person, or providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name or email address.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform in any way, including to place wagers, clear bonuses, or conduct data harvesting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undocumented features to gain an advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting in a way designed to defraud the Platform.
• Engaging in chargebacks on deposits or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting aqjili's dispute resolution process.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in violation of the Platform's terms.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward aqjili staff or other players.

All content on the aqjili Platform — including but not limited to the aqjili name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, software, data compilations, page layouts, and written content — is the intellectual property of aqjili or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or reverse-engineered without the express prior written consent of aqjili.

aqjili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, scrape, systematically extract, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

aqjili collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the aqjili Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies where required by law.

aqjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gaming framework, available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit limits via your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: You may configure maximum gaming session durations. You will be notified as your session limit approaches and automatically logged out when it is reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts can be enabled to display session duration and net balance change at configurable intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from aqjili by contacting [email protected]. Exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During an exclusion period, account access is suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, aqjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or damages arising from technical malfunction, interruption of service, or unauthorized access to your account.

aqjili's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aqjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits aqjili's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by aqjili's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aqjili does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from technical interruptions. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to users in advance where operationally feasible.

aqjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, aqjili will notify registered users via email and/or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the aqjili Platform, shall be subject to the following resolution process:

15.1 Internal Complaints Process

In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to aqjili's customer support team at [email protected]. Please include your registered account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. aqjili will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

15.2 Regulatory Escalation

If you are not satisfied with aqjili's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority overseeing aqjili's operations in the Philippines. PAGCOR's complaint and dispute processes are available on the official PAGCOR website.

15.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that is not resolved through the internal complaints process or regulatory escalation.
